Samer is a 1st-year Master of Public Health student at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia. His interests lie within the environmental impacts of dental services and access to care in marginalized communities and he hopes to pursue his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree afterwards to help provide dental services to underserved populations.
